Mills & Reeve announces new partner promotion

We are delighted to announce that David Catchpole, contentious trust and probate specialist, will officially become a partner in our award-winning private wealth team from 1 June.

David advises both individuals and larger organisations such as charities and higher educational establishments on a range of contentious issues relating to trusts and disputed wills. Working closely with fellow partner Simon Pedley, another dispute resolution specialist, David will continue to increase the firm’s reputation in this fast growing area of work.

Justin Ripman, Mills & Reeve senior partner, said: “David has developed a strong reputation and client following over many years and is one of the few practitioners who can compete with the top London-based private client firms to provide high quality contentious trust and probate work. We congratulate David on joining the partnership and look forward to him and Simon developing this aspect of our practice.”
