What can I do for you

Catherine is a real estate specialist with particular expertise in property management.  Her work includes helping clients, including a number of Cambridge colleges and universities, with a wide range of property management transactions relating to their estates.  Catherine also advises on release and modification of restrictive covenants.

Catherine has advised many of her clients for a significant period and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of their estates and key concerns. Catherine advises principally on new leases, lease renewals, surrenders, lease variations and the whole range of property management licences. She also enjoys resolving the quirky queries that come up from time to time when dealing with historic landholdings put to modern commercial use.  She works closely with her clients' managing agents to achieve results commercially and effectively.
