What can Elizabeth do for you?
Elizabeth works in a number of separate, but linked, areas relating to probate, trusts and tax. Her work includes providing technical support to the trust administration team, as well as managing the administration of complex trusts. Elizabeth is a chartered tax adviser and a member of STEP. She would supervise the trust administration work, much of which would be undertaken by a dedicated trust administrator who would, for example, prepare the annual trust accounts and tax returns.
Supporting your ambitions
She assists executors with the administration of estates, ensuring that all obligations relating to the terms of the deceased's Will are met. This includes dealing with the paperwork needed to apply for the grant of representation, dealing with inheritance tax matters, collection of assets and payment of liabilities and distributions, and preparation of estate accounts. Dealing with the estate of a family member or friend can often be an administrative burden that is unwanted at an already difficult time; she aims to assist with this as efficiently as possible.

Elizabeth is a chartered tax adviser, a member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners), and holds a CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) Level 3 Certificate in Law & Practice (Wills & Succession).
