Ella has experience assisting on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals for property funds and private investors, management of large property portfolios and lettings acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Ella's asset management advice also includes advising on wayleave agreements under the updated Electronic Communications Code in the Digital Economy Act 2017.
