Emily is an Associate in the commercial real estate team.  Her work includes investment portfolio management and development projects for a range of clients include Trinity College Cambridge, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Marshall Group Properties Limited.

Supporting your ambitions

Emily's recent experience includes:

  • acting for Trinity College on a broad range of property management matters at Cambridge Science Park, Dunsfold Park, and Eureka Park;
  • advising Cambridge University Hospitals on estate management matters at its main hospital campus and in connection with its interest in the Cambridge Biomedical Campus;
  • working as part of a team to deliver a collaboration between Trinity College and Tsinghua University in Beijing for a £200m investment in the Cambridge Science Park; and
  • providing transaction support to Marshall Group Properties Limited in connection with its 160 acre Wing development in Cambridge.
