What can I do for you

Emma specialises in real estate investment work with a particular focus on portfolio management work in the retail, office and industrial sectors. Emma's role is to assist institutional investors and property companies to purchase, subsequently manage and ultimately dispose of their real estate assets. Emma also acts for occupiers taking new leases of office and industrial space.

Supporting your ambitions

Emma works closely with clients both throughout the acquisition of an asset and the following management of that asset. This approach facilitates a streamlined service by maximising knowledge of a particular asset so that clients only need to tell us once. 

A recent example of this includes assisting on the recent acquisition of a portfolio of properties across various asset classes for £150 million and subsequent asset management work on a number of those properties.
