Grace works with clients and client teams to support the delivery of effective, relevant and innovative legal service solutions.

Her role involves promoting engagement with the tools, technology and resources available to encourage innovative improvements. She works as part of the innovation team who help to drive collaboration with people, process and technology to make change happen.

In 2023 we were ranked as 33rd most innovative law firm in Europe by the Financial Times.
