Holly is a solicitor specialising in commercial dispute resolution. She has experience of being involved in a range of commercial disputes, including advising clients in respect of breach of contract claims, product liability and post M&A disputes. This has involved resolving disputes through the courts and by way of alternative dispute resolution.
Holly also has over four years’ experience acting for a core participant in a public Inquiry of national interest.

Holly’s experience in dispute resolution covers several sectors including energy, automotive and health and care.
During her training to become a qualified solicitor, Holly completed a six-month secondment working as part of an in-house legal team for an organisation in the energy sector. This role involved providing a full range of legal services to the business, including IP, data protection, procurement, and contract drafting and negotiation.
