What can I do for you

Howard specialises in planning law and works for a broad range of clients in multiple sectors. He has particular experience in residential-led development and promotion, investment acquisition, sci-tech/R&D, industrial/storage, hospitals, retirement housing, education and local government. Howard helps our clients to pursue planning applications and planning appeals, drafts and negotiates planning and highway agreements, and advises on complex planning issues, risks and strategy.

Supporting your ambitions

Howard has significant experience in negotiating planning agreements and advising on substantial development projects including the new Cancer Research Hospital in Cambridge; several sci-tech R&D buildings in Islington, Manchester and Cambridge; a 5,000 home development at Priors Hall Park in Corby; a 1,200 dwelling development of former airfield land to the east of Cambridge; a 750 home project on the southern edge of Bishop’s Stortford; a 1,300 unit residential scheme at Marleigh to the North East of Cambridge; and a major mixed-use regeneration of Canada Water.
