Jade is particularly interested in the food and agribusiness sector and recently assisted on the acquisition of a multi-million pound food business for a fast-growing group based in Germany and the UK. After a successful completion, Jade is now assisting on their next acquisition and is excited to see their business go from strength to strength.
Jade has also recently assisted on the setting up of a pilot SEIS fund, which provides investors a chance to invest in early stage companies that seek a positive impact on society or the environment through digital and other technologies.
