Jane’s particular specialisms include advising on development arrangements such as promotion agreements, land pooling and overage, renewable energy, and tenancy restructuring.

Jane was recently part of a team which acted for Farmcare Trading Limited in the restructuring of its business from operational farming to a variety of joint venture arrangements. This interesting and exciting project involved the creation of several bespoke contract farming arrangements as well as corporate, employment and commercial advice.
