Jonathan Garner

Jonathan is an associate in the national corporate team and is based in the firm’s Manchester office. His experience is in sales and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance. He has assisted clients in various sectors and has considerable experience in working with SMEs and start-ups.

 

Jonathan has advised on large corporate transactions and in relation to small owner-managed companies. He assists clients with both national and international business interests and understands that each client is different and the importance of providing bespoke advice. Jonathan is known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice whilst keeping the clients properly protected.
