Judy deals with everything from Landlord and Tenant to strategic development advice. Her experience means that she is able to commercially advise you on a wide ride of real estate issues, be it the acquisition, set up and disposal of a development portfolio; granting or taking a lease, or acquiring, disposing of or refinancing commercial property assets.

Supporting your ambitions

Judy was able to project manage a complex redevelopment transaction for a client, involving a collaborative project with a number of parties with varying interests. This involved creatively thinking about the transaction structure. The outcome was a suite of documents, negotiated to balance the interests of the parties, while not overcomplicating the transaction as a whole. The transaction was for £150 million, split across a deferred payment structure, while realising value not only in cash, but also in terms of new assets.
