What can I do for you

Kate specialises in employment law advising commercial clients nationally on a wide range of varied employment and HR related issues. She has a lot of experience in tackling complex grievance and disciplinary processes, defending Employment Tribunal proceedings, TUPE, exiting senior executives, reorganisations and redundancy (including collective consultation), discrimination and trade union disputes.

Kate works closely with her clients to provide solution orientated, pragmatic advice. She enjoys helping clients to achieve what they want to achieve, working strategically to help them make tough decisions and put them into practice with minimal risk.
