Laurence has particular expertise in development and has acted on behalf of national developers on major urban regeneration projects.

Laurence strives to deliver commercial, opinion led, advice which is delivered on time. He has a down to earth approach and has a track record of building positive relationships with clients and counterparties, ensuring each matter is dealt with as smoothly as possible.
Laurence understands each client is unique and therefore tailors his service to their specific needs and requirements. He appreciates that, for many clients, responsiveness is key and prides himself on being available for his clients.

Laurence is an ambassador for LandAid, a property industry charity that aims to end youth homelessness. He raises the charity's profile by helping to plan and participating in fundraising events.
Laurence previously lived in South Africa for 6 months, where he undertook an internship with the Legal Aid board in Cape Town.
