What can I do for you

Linda is an employment lawyer with extensive health sector experience.

She advises NHS Trusts and health bodies on all employment matters, from day-to-day issues such as managing attendance, performance, discipline and grievance, to discrimination, whistleblowing, service re-configurations and reorganisations and TUPE.

Linda regularly represents clients in employment tribunal proceedings and is experienced in managing complex, multi-day litigation.

Linda’s knowledge and experience in the health sector enables her to provide pragmatic advice and solutions to help clients achieve desired outcomes. Understanding the practical and legal implications of various approaches enables her to provide effective strategies to ensure fully informed decision-making. Advice on a complex and sensitive TUPE matter enabled a client to achieve an important business requirement which protected it from potential additional expenditure. Her early involvement in management of a complex employee discrimination grievance put a client in a very good position to robustly defend employment tribunal claims which were subsequently lodged, saving time and costs.

Linda believes in a collaborative approach with the clients she works with. She enjoys delivering training and hosting employment-related discussion sessions to support individual and team development. She understands the mediation approach to employee matters and is experienced in judicial mediation in the employment tribunal.
