Lisa advises a wide range of clients including large national household names with extensive property portfolios and primarily in volume acquisition and disposal projects. Lisa is a project management specialist managing large cross office and cross discipline high volume and high value transactions including property led site (often including a business) sales and purchases for corporate occupiers.

Supporting your ambitions

Lisa has acted for a nationwide client since 2012 on volume property acquisition work to bring its total portfolio to 500 properties. Her experience covers pure property transactions and share acquisitions of strategic groups across the UK. The scaling up of the portfolio culminated in the successful sale of the group to a private equity house for whom Lisa has continued to act with a deep understanding of the client's business, approach to risk and portfolio as a whole.
