Nancy is a corporate tax lawyer experienced in advising on a wide range of tax matters across a variety of sectors, including corporate M&A deals, employee share schemes and incentives, financings and real estate transactions. 

What else should you know

Prior to studying law, Nancy received a degree in Philosophy and Hispanic Studies from King's College London, with a year abroad at the University of Alcalá, Spain.
