Rachel is an experienced commercial lawyer who works with both public and private organisations across a range of sectors, including technology, higher education, charity, and healthcare (NHS Trusts).

She has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT outsourcing agreements, software licences, software development agreements and intra-group agreements.
