Rebecca is a lawyer specialising in employment law. Rebecca helps clients with the full remit of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissals, disciplinary and grievance procedures, complex discrimination and whistle blowing issues and TUPE. Rebecca has extensive litigation experience and has seen litigation through to the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

She is sensitive to the wider implications that can arise from legal issues and understands the concerns that are important to her clients. Rebecca's advice helps her clients mitigate risk.
Rebecca also has extensive experience of the insurance market, which often involves balancing the needs of multiple parties and regularly resolves matters to everyone's satisfaction.
