This work has helped the team offer clear, commercial advice to clients on. portfolio acquisitions involving complex property issues, helping the client to make informed decisions on their investments.
Robert has also recently assisted an off-shore fund client restructure their real estate assets, working together with our corporate team to achieve their optimal investment structure for their recently acquired commercial properties.
