Ross helps clients with a variety of issues in respect of their property including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant (including leases and ancillary transactions) and also corporate support on large scale transactions.

Supporting your ambitions

Ross assisted on a recent corporate transaction by reporting to the client on potential risks and issues with the properties being acquired. Ross was able to suggest commercial and pragmatic solutions to the issues that arose.

Ross also acted on the sale of a commercial site which was subject to leases. Ross was able to ensure that the transfer included relevant protections for the client from the landlord obligations in the leases post-sale.
