Terry is a consultant who for the last four years has worked with the partnership on a strategy to develop the international practice at Mills & Reeve. Immediately prior to that Terry was a partner in the Corporate Finance practice specialising in mergers and acquisitions.

What else should you know?
In addition to his consultancy, Terry has several non executive directorships, notably in the real estate and agri-tech sectors. He is also a trustee of both a research institute on the Norwich Research Park and a Governor at Norwich School. Otherwise his principal weakness is Norwich City Football Club.
