Will leads the firm's national banking and finance practice and has many years' experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, asset based finance and corporate lending transactions. Will works with some of the world's leading financial institutions and banks as well as borrowers, to help clients achieve their financing aims.

Supporting your ambitions

One of Will's recent highlights initially arose from a multi-million pound refinancing where he acted for a major UK bank. It was a complex deal involving a fast growth borrower who was undertaking a project like this for the first time. Will and his team recognised this inexperience and were collaborative in their approach, whilst protecting the interests of their client at all times.This approach led to the borrower asking Mills & Reeve to pitch to them for all their legal work going forwards - a pitch Will led on and that was delighted to win.
