Supporting your ambitions

Zahra recently structured a couple’s wills to effectively utilise business relief and the residence nil rate band, despite their estate exceeding £2 million (the threshold at which the relief starts to taper away). This strategic planning was aimed at minimising their potential inheritance tax liability. Additionally, she established lifetime trusts to further protect their assets and ensure a controlled transfer to the next generation. This comprehensive approach provided peace of mind and financial security for their family.
