What can I do for you

Zoe specialises in residential development and affordable housing transactions. Zoe advises affordable housing providers on their acquisition and development of sites and national and international development clients on their acquisition, development and disposal of sites across the UK primarily in London and the South East.

Supporting your ambitions

Zoe was able to lead on a large affordable housing disposal for a national developer to an affordable housing provider, balancing her knowledge and expertise in acting for the developer against the needs of the affordable housing provider in respect of the dwellings that were being disposed of. Zoe was commercially aware of the requirements for her client and protected those while negotiating the agreement, development agreement and leases. The result was a transaction that gave the client an immediate cash injection in respect of the units that were being disposed of.
