Grove V S&T, blogged on by me on in relation to the first instance decision in respect of the “Smash and Grab” element and by Alex Pike in relation to liquidated damages and again by me in relation to the Court of Appeal decision in respect of liquidated damages is being appealed to the Supreme Court. No further details are, as yet, available.
