Building Blocks - the foundations of construction and engineering law

Have you ever read a blog or attended a webinar (or seminar in the old days) where there was an expectation of pre-knowledge that you either didn’t have, or had forgotten?  And there was no obvious way of finding out?  Then fear no more...

This week marks the launch of our new blog tag – Building Blocks - which will guide you through the foundations of construction and engineering law.  Over the coming weeks, we will be posting blogs covering areas such as:

  • the difference between deeds and simple contracts,
  • payment provisions in construction contracts, and
  • an overview of adjudication.

We’ve thought long and hard about what we think you might like, but there is nothing better than getting this from the horse’s mouth.  With this in mind, please contact either Rhys or myself if you have any suggestions for topics you would like us to cover in future blogs.
