Guidance on bursaries and the Equality Act

The Equality Challenge Unit has published guidance on the application of the Equality Act to bursaries, scholarships and awards.  We are delighted to have assisted the ECU with drafting the document, which gives an outline of the legal issues involved, identifies the key risks faced by HEIs and provides steps that can be taken to ensure they can legally provide bursaries, scholarships and prizes.
