Getting your IT transactions right

We are one of the UK’s leading IT practices, trusted by many multinational companies and high profile public sector clients to handle all of their IT work. This means that we know the issues likely to arise during negotiations and can resolve them robustly and collaboratively.

Our technology law team is big enough to deliver major projects and focused enough to respond to the rapidly changing demands of a growing technology business. We can guide you through the full range of IT contracting and legal issues, such as:

  • Major projects – IT outsourcing, frameworks and application development
  • IT contracts – software licences, re-seller arrangements and hosting
  • Online and the cloud – website terms, privacy policies, software as a service terms, compliance with laws on e-commerce, distance selling, and electronic communication

Our work on market leading transactions and involvement with sector bodies such as techUK mean that we keep up to speed with the latest developments in IT. We will ensure that your transaction takes advantage of the latest developments in contracting, as well as any changes in the law.

You need your IT transaction to be delivered successfully and on time. Our strong track record and clear, uncomplicated approach mean that together we can make that happen.
