Emily is a senior associate in Mills & Reeve's corporate team, advising a wide range of clients across multiple sectors; from academy trusts to large corporates. 

As well as advising on day-to-day corporate compliance issues, Emily also assists with: 

  • company sales and acquisitions; 
  • academy conversions and transfers;
  • investment fund creation; and
  • investment transactions.

Supporting your ambitions

A particular highlight for Emily was working as part of the team advising Weetabix’s management team on its sale to US firm Post Holdings for £1.4 billion. The scale and pace of the deal, as well as the multi-jurisdictional reach, added to the complexity of the deal. It was great to have the opportunity to assist the management team in achieving their ultimate aim.
