Emily is a senior paralegal working in the transactional construction team, who speclialise in construction and engineering projects. Her role involves drafting and negotiating construction documents (including building contracts, framework agreements and consultants appointments) and managing and tracking construction documentation.
Emily specialises in consultant's appointments, framework agreements and amendments to JCT contracts.
She has considerable experience in the use of DocuSign and is able to use this to assist the efficiency of the transaction process.
Supporting my clients' ambitions
Emily advises on construction contracts, appointments and frameworks for master developer clients.
Given the size and complexities of such projects, she manages client trackers and develops strong working relationships with on-site project managers to make sure clients are properly informed at all stages of the works.
