Emily is a paralegal working in the transactional construction team who specialises in providing in depth support in relation to construction and engineering projects. Her role involves drafting and negotiating on construction documents (including building contracts, framework agreements and appointments) and providing extensive support in managing and tracking construction documentation. Emily has particular experience with JCT contracts.
Emily advises and provides support on a number of construction contracts for master developer clients. Given the size and complexities of such sites, Emily has to manage number of trackers and liaise with various members of the project team in order to progress and manage the construction documents.
Emily has been involved in developing and rolling out the specialised document management system within the construction team.
