Emily is a real estate solicitor in the Manchester team. She has been involved in several high value projects and has experience acting for a variety of clients with differing needs.

Emily’s work spans across multiple sectors, but she has particular expertise in education, industrial & logistics, investment and corporate occupiers. She acts for a range of clients across these sectors, including universities and colleges, institutional landlords and commercial tenants.

Supporting your ambitions

Emily enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and acting on a range of transactions. A recent example of this is when the firm supported an institutional landlord in acquiring a speculative industrial site. She then acted for this client on the grant of the lettings within the constructed estate and is now instructed on the investment disposal.
