Jayne is head of our 250+ strong Birmingham office and is a commercial contracts specialist with a wealth of experience in advising businesses on complex supply chain arrangements, including outsourcing contracts, contract manufacturing arrangements and long term supply and purchasing agreements. Jayne has international contracting expertise and has worked on a significant number of cross-border arrangements. Jayne leads both our automotive group and our mid-market sector.
