Jens is our head of student accommodation and specialises in complex projects and contracts in sectors, including health and defence. He leads the real estate investment beds and living sector. Enjoys a mix of work with expertise in advising universities, private sector and funders on project financed student accommodation projects. Jens is the deputy head of our Australasia panel.
Supporting your ambitions
Jens recently helped bring to close a "PFI style" health primary and community care centre project in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. The 12,792 square metre primary and community care centre for Lisburn will integrate eight GP practices currently located in the Lisburn health centre and will be responsible for the care of around 50,000 patients. Jens acted for a consortium made up of Kajima (a Japanese construction company), O'Hare McGovern (a Northern Irish property developer) and General Practice Investment (a company investing in care facilities in the UK).

Jens takes a particular interest in environmental issues and has helped implement some important changes to make Mills & Reeve more environmentally friendly.
He is also a keen golfer and footballer (although these days mainly 5-a-side!).
