Jessica joined the ESG management/leadership team at Mills & Reeve in 2022 as the firm's sustainability manager. Jessica’s responsibilities include the development and delivery of a firm-wide national environmental and sustainability strategy for Mills & Reeve. This will span energy and water usage, waste management, travel and food, with the ultimate aim of reducing the environmental impact of the firm and contributing to it achieving its goal to be net-zero carbon in its operations.

Jessica is a member of the advisory board for WildHearts Group and is a member of the West Midlands Board for Business in the Community.
The Mills & Reeve ESG management/leadership team is spearheaded by Neil Pearson who is head of ESG and social value at the firm. As a firm we have signed up to the Greener Litigation Pledge, as well as Net Positives. We are members of the Legal Sustainability Alliance.
Jessica has spent many years taking openly and honestly about her career and experiences growing up and shared a candid insight at the United Nations as part of the WildHearts Global Youth Summit in Geneva in 2019.
