Joanna is a corporate lawyer who advises on all aspects of company law, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, business investments, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements. Joanna's clients range from multi-national companies to high net worth individuals, and she has particular experience of working with those in the property development industry and manufacturing, technology and automotive sectors, both nationally and internationally. 

Supporting your ambitions

A particular highlight for Joanna was assisting a leading regional car dealership to simultaneously bring another dealership and a complimentary parts business under its wings. The project was at times challenging given the vast number of parties and advisers involved, and always a team effort with input from not only corporate and commercial experts, but also real estate and employment.
