Judith is a senior associate within the corporate and commercial team. Judith specialises in ESG, in particular governance and ESG reporting. She advises clients from various industries on a wide range of issues, including governance reviews, ESG disclosure requirements, and general corporate and commercial matters.

 

Supporting your ambitions

Judith supports clients’ ambitions by giving relevant and practical legal advice on their business transactions and governance issues. She has strong commercial acumen, developed through her previous career and client secondments to the in-house legal teams at GlaxoSmithKline and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).
