What can I do for you

Katharine is an experienced and client-focussed senior associate in the Real Estate team.  

She works with a variety of clients predominantly in the education sector, in particular universities and colleges in and around Cambridge  and London.  Katharine advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including strategic land acquisitions and disposals, science and technology park lettings and lease regearing.

Commercial real estate transactions are often complex with tight timelines.  Katharine takes a practical approach and will listen to you from the outset to establish your objectives and priorities.  She will work with you to achieve those objectives in the most timely and straightforward way possible.  Her focus is to provide clear and simple legal advice and to maintain the momentum of a transaction.
