Marie is a principal associate within the Agribusiness sector of our real estate practice at Mills & Reeve. Marie advises a wide range of clients, including Oxford and Cambridge colleges, charities and landed estate owners and her work includes advising upon all aspects of agricultural law, including buying and selling land, option and overage agreements, promotion agreements and tenancy agreements.

Supporting your ambitions

Marie is part of one of the UK’s largest and most successful agricultural practices and one of Marie's most significant highlights involved working with The Wellcome Trust on the acquisition of the Co-operative Group’s farm businesses for £249 million in 2014. This was the largest open market sale of agricultural land in the UK. Marie worked with colleagues across various sectors to achieve a tight deadline and this is an excellent example of the breadth of expertise available at Mills & Reeve.
