Supporting your ambitions

It revolves around the  acquisition of a development site and its first phase prelet to a global automotive component maker with funding from a FTSE 250 Reit. With multiple parties, legal and contractual issues it required a focussed commercial outlook tailored to the legal requirements and a clear understanding of the client’s objectives which she delivered. Since the first phase completion, She has acted on the second phase disposal and is currently acting on the third.
