Sara Warner

Sara is a competition law specialist with regulatory and in-house experience, and a PhD in competition law.  She has experience of advising on a broad range of competition issues, from merger control to anticompetitive conduct and state aid.  Her interest lies, in particular, in dynamic competition and the regulation of digital markets.

Most clients operate in rapidly changing markets where commercial objectives can be complicated and nuanced.  Sara understands the importance of giving commercially focused advice which considers the individual client’s objectives in relation to the issue in question.  As far as Sara is concerned, the key to being able to provide the best advice for the client is developing strong working relationships based on open and honest conversations and recognizing one another as humans, not just professionals.
