Tom enjoys learning about companies and businesses at different stages of their corporate development. Identifying his client's commercial drivers from the outset, Tom carefully drafts and negotiates deal documents in a practical and commercially focussed manner to ensure the successful conclusion of transactions.
Tom's recent background includes working in several different legal practice areas, including the firm's insurance and commercial & intellectual property teams, and as a commercial disputes paralegal at a Magic Circle law firm. These experiences mean Tom is quickly able to identify key legal risk areas in transactions and secure the necessary protections for his clients.
