Victoria is an experienced member of the London Real Estate team. She has worked on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and lettings, acting for both landlords and tenants and development work together with portfolio asset management. Victoria’s clients are wide-ranging and include institutional investors, developers, property companies and pension funds.

Supporting your ambitions

Victoria has recently acted for a developer client on the acquisition of a complex site in Staffordshire for development as a bespoke large scale manufacturing and distribution space. Together with the initial acquisition, Victoria has advised on the onward sale of two plots of land and assisted with a pre-let to a major manufacturer of car components. The matter has involved complex legal issues and multiple parties and it has required a commercial and time sensitive focus to assist the client on delivering its objectives.
