Mills & Reeve boosts partnership with three internal promotions

We have bolstered our number of partners to 117 with three principal associates promoted on 1 June 2017.

Joanna Grandfield will become a partner in the family team, Lauren Parker will become a partner in the private wealth team and Ryan Hawley will become a partner in the corporate team.

Joanna joined the firm’s Leeds office in February 2008 from Addleshaw Goddard and moved to the London office to help develop the firm’s family law offering in London.

Lauren joined as a newly qualified solicitor in September 2007 and is principally based in the Norwich office. She specialises in tax and estate planning, with particular emphasis on trust and tax issues affecting landed estates.

Ryan joined the Birmingham office in November 2013 from Squire Patton Boggs. He focusses on the mid-market, predominantly in the West Midlands.

Senior partner Justin Ripman said: “It is great to see three such strong internal candidates being appointed to partner, something which fits really well into our 2020 Strategy of supporting and challenging our people. Congratulations to all three of them.”
