Ainslie is a diversity, inclusion and wellbeing expert, with experience working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors spanning over 15 years. Her experience includes the development of robust and effective strategies driven by data and impact analysis, embedding inclusive practices across nationally dispersed organisations, and the creation and delivery of diversity, inclusion and wellbeing training.

Ainslie works across Mills & Reeve to deliver a more diverse workforce at all levels of the organisation, build inclusive cultures and support the wellbeing of everyone who works here.

Ainslie holds a Level 6 Certificate in Inclusion from the Chartered Management Institute.
