Supporting your ambitions

Andrea acted for an engineer facing a multi million pound claim relating to the design and installation of a complex drainage system. There were multiple parties involved in the litigation and Andrea prepared a detailed response which explained why her client’s advice had not been negligent or the cause of the alleged defects. The claim has not been pursued.
