Andrea specialises in resolving professional negligence claims and policy disputes. She advises insurers and professionals on both policy coverage and liability issues. Andrea is a member of the National Accountants Team at Mills & Reeve as well as the Legal Malpractice team, and has considerable experience in defending claims brought against accountants, solicitors, brokers and other financial professionals.

Andrea works closely with her clients and responds to their unique needs, establishing good communication channels from the outset and providing clear and straightforward advice. Andrea also focuses on the commercial realities of claims and uses her experience of a range of negotiation tools, including mediation, to ensure each client’s objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

What else should you know
Andrea trained and qualified in London but, after over 10 years in the city, relocated back to her hometown in the Midlands where she enjoys being surrounded by family, fresh air and countryside.
