Legal malpractice

Our experienced legal malpractice team act for the majority of participating insurers. We are regularly appointed on complex, multi-party, high-value claims and coverage disputes.

We act for all sizes of law firm and barristers, understanding the different approaches required.

As a full service law firm, we have direct and immediate access to leading specialists across sectors, including corporate, employment, intellectual property, personal injury, matrimonial, real estate, tax, property and wills and trusts.

We have a market-leading fraud recovery team dealing with the recovery of funds following client account thefts (both cyber and internal), often tracing them to multiple jurisdictions with the assistance of our international network of firms.
