David has developed an expertise in alternative real estate assets.He acts for a range of clients in the Build to Rent Sector on funding and development work.

David also acts for clients involved in developing retirement living communities.

He acted for a national residential developer who created one of the first Build to Rent ( PRS) portfolios of over 700 units spread across 12 sites in London.Ultimately the fund was sold to Prupim.The transaction was one of  the first significant institutional investments in the sector.
